NotebookLM Expands Multilingual Capabilities for Video and Audio Summaries

In an effort to cater to a worldwide audience, NotebookLM has announced significant updates to its Video and Audio Overviews features. Users can now enjoy video summaries in over 80 languages, including but not limited to French, German, Spanish, and Japanese. This expansion allows non-English speakers to transform their notes, PDFs, and images into engaging video presentations in their preferred language.

The Audio Overviews have also received a substantial upgrade. Previously limited to English and offering only short summaries, the feature now provides more detailed audio summaries in multiple languages. For those who prefer concise information, a shorter version remains available, allowing users to choose the depth of content they wish to engage with.
